OKLAHOMA CITY – Pivot Project, a commercial real estate developer in Oklahoma City, has announced the launch of Pivot Brokerage. Tim Strange, an industry veteran with extensive experience in local commercial real estate, will serve as president.

Pivot Brokerage was formed to help members of the Oklahoma City community buy, sell and lease commercial real estate and will operate alongside Pivot’s development and property management divisions.

Strange brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience to the Pivot leadership team. Throughout his career, he has sold and leased more than 1,000 transactions totaling over 7 million square feet and valued at over $1.2 billion. SVN International previously named Strange as its Humanitarian of the Year and top-ranked broker in the U.S.
