Pivot Project and Oklahoma Urban Land Institute (ULI) held a celebration with EastPoint tenants and stakeholders on Sept. 2, 2021, to honor their role in the prestigious recognition of the EastPoint development project with the 2021 ULI Global Award for Excellence.ULI’s selection of EastPoint, located in the heart of Northeast Oklahoma City, has drawn international attention for Pivot Project’s forward-thinking development model that empowers a historically underserved community with new opportunities for wealth creation and business ownership.“The mission of Pivot Project is to utilize our access to resources and leverage it for underserved communities to take hold of an economic revolution that empowers them to stay, build, and thrive for generations to come,” said Jonathan Dodson, CEO of Pivot Project. “Sometimes the little guys win – and that’s what happened here with the prestigious ULI Global Award of Excellence for EastPoint.
