Ben Osborn is a Financial Analyst at Pivot Real Estate Development, where he supports project underwriting, financial analysis, and construction draw management across multiple developments within the firm’s portfolio. He works closely with the development team to track project performance and support informed financial decision-making throughout the development process.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University in May 2020, Ben began his career at MidFirst Bank, where he held roles in compliance, credit, and risk management. His background in banking provides a strong analytical foundation that he now applies to development underwriting and financial oversight at Pivot.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time at the lake, golfing, cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, and making memories with his wife and newborn son.
