Candace Baitz is the Chief Operations Officer at Pivot, where she sets strategy and oversees operations across the company, guiding cross-department efforts from vision through execution. She brings a rare mix of strategic and creative thinking — reading complexity clearly, structuring the right partnerships, and moving projects forward with calm and conviction even when obstacles arise. That steadiness builds trust with partners and keeps teams aligned around what matters. Her background in architecture and design gives her a distinct lens on development, and at Pivot she's found her true passion: building strong teams and empowering the people behind every project.

Outside of Pivot, Candace has held several leadership roles in her community. She served as the 2024 CREW OKC Chapter President, 2023 CREW Network Delegate, 2022-2025 CREW OKC Board Member, and CREW OKC Chapter Founding Member. An active ULI Member since 2015, she previously sat on the Public Private Partnership Product Council, and currently sits on the Small Scale Development Product Council at the national level. Candace is also a Leadership Oklahoma City LOYAL 2014 graduate and a board member of the Downtown OKC Midtown Board of Directors and ULI Oklahoma.
