Candace Baitz is a Partner and the President of Development at Pivot Real Estate Development. While her role is to drive all aspects of the real estate development process from conception to groundbreaking, at Pivot, she gets to pursue her passion for building teams and empowering the people behind a project. She employs a thoughtful approach and brings a unique perspective to the real estate development process through her prior experience in architecture and design.

Pivot Real Estate was established in 2015 through a collective vision of revitalizing our city and bringing back historic buildings and communities that were once forgotten. Thoughtfully addressing community need with exciting, contemporary design was always at the heart of our work and continues to this day. Through resiliency and joyous disruption, we have developed over 380,000 square feet of development totaling ~$100 million in value. We continue to grow and expand our impact with ~$200 million of development in our pipeline.

Outside of Pivot, Candace has held several leadership roles in her community. She is the 2024 CREW OKC Chapter President, 2023 CREW Network Delegate, 2022-2023 CREW OKC Board Member, and CREW OKC Chapter Founding Member. She has been an active ULI Member since 2015 and currently sits on the Public Private Partnership Product Council at the National level. Candace is also a Leadership Oklahoma City LOYAL 2014 graduate and recent board member of the Downtown OKC Midtown Board of Directors and ULI Oklahoma Chapter.
