
Denzel Akuffo is a Development Project Manager at Pivot Real Estate Development, where he supports the planning and execution of projects that advance the firm’s mission of transformative, community-centered development. In this role, he works closely with project partners and internal teams to coordinate key aspects of the development process and build strong relationships that support successful project outcomes.
Denzel earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and later received his MBA from the University of Oklahoma’s Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business, along with a Real Estate Finance certificate. He also gained industry experience as a Real Estate Research Intern at JLL in New York City before joining Pivot in 2025. His background in finance, research, and strategy supports his work evaluating opportunities and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Outside of Pivot, Denzel is active in the community and serves as President and Executive Director of Supper Club Oklahoma City a nonprofit organization he leads that convenes emerging leaders across industries for curated networking dinners, mentorship, and community-building experiences. He is also involved with the American Lung Association Young Professionals Board, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Oklahoma Chapter, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
