Jennyfer joined Pivot in 2026 and plays a key role in supporting the company’s accounting and financial operations, working closely with the CFO across property management initiatives. She brings a well-rounded background in both operational finance and audit-focused accounting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, process improvement, and data integrity.

Prior to transitioning into audit work, Jennyfer gained hands-on experience in operational finance and management, where she oversaw daily financial activities, reporting, and performance tracking in fast-paced environments. She later supported large-scale audit readiness initiatives in partnership with Ernst & Young, working extensively with government financial systems and real property records. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and the importance of complete and reliable financial data.

Jennyfer’s experience spans financial reporting, reconciliations, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing her to contribute both analytically and operationally. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is actively pursuing the requirements needed to sit for the CPA exam.

Outside of work, Jennyfer enjoys staying active through regular gym routines, snowboarding, and hiking and loves to travel whenever possible. She also enjoys spending time in her garden, designing meaningful spaces inspired by nature and symbolism, and working on her classic car. At the center of it all is her family; she cherishes time with her daughters and grandsons, her close bond with her dog Buddha, and finds joy in creative outlets like painting, crafting, and reading.
