Since 2016 Marylee has served as controller of J.A. Trigg Oil and Gas Properties, LLC, where she is the managing partner. She also serves as the Controller of Rose Rock Development Partners, LLC.

Active in her community, Marylee has volunteered with several non-profit organizations and is currently the President of the Theta Gamma Housing Corporation of Delta Delta Delta at the University of Oklahoma. She is the past president of the Tri Delta Alumnae group, where she was honored as the Panhellenic Woman of the Year in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
