Noé Duran joined the Pivot Project dream team in 2025 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and capital planning activities of the company across development, construction, and property management.
Noé started his career with Ernst & Young Oklahoma City in the audit assurance practice before transitioning to an International Controller position for a family-owned private equity group, ultimately relocating to São Paulo, Brazil. While in this Controller role, he was responsible for consolidated financial reporting back to U.S. investors while working with local accounting teams on process improvements for retail investments across seven different brands and over 250 retail locations and spent over five years in this role.
Shortly after the birth of his first son, Noé made the transition back home to a different OKC private equity group and spent seven years working directly with the CFO to manage a portfolio of investments held by Funds with outside limited partner ownership. These funds held investments across various industries, with the latest emphasis in the Real Estate sector. For three years prior to joining Pivot, Noé held a Sr. Director financial consulting role working directly on CFO related client needs, primarily in the publicly traded REIT sector.
Noé is a licensed CPA in the state of Oklahoma. Outside of work, you will likely find him on the soccer pitch cheering on his two sons who represent OKC as part of the traveling Oklahoma Energy Football Club. Noé and his wife Pam have been married over 20 years and enjoy international travel with their toes in the sand any chance they can get.
